Founding partner Lynne Miller is a skilled litigator and negotiator with over 20 years of experience representing family law, personal injury, and criminal law cases. She is a Rule 114 Qualified Mediator and an Early Neutral Evaluator. Lynne is a dedicated and a zealous advocate with a proven track record of achieving favorable verdicts and settlements for clients. Known for her relentless advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to client welfare, she is passionate about securing justice and ensuring a better future for clients.  

Lynne prides herself on helping her clients navigate life’s most challenging situations. She understands the importance of alternative dispute resolution to reach favorable settlements without the need for protracted legal battles. Through her guidance and advice, Lynne empowers her clients and seeks to help lessen the emotional toll that legal issues can take on individuals and families. 

Lynne holds a firm commitment to giving back to the community through her pro bono work with Central Minnesota Legal Services. Outside the office, Lynne spends her time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, camping, and traveling. She also volunteers with various charities, including Feed My Starving Children and the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Lynne graduated from the Hamline University School of Law.

Founding partner Sara Daly has over thirteen years of experience representing family law cases, including divorce, post-dissolution, paternity, child support, adoption, child protection, orders for protection, and harassment restraining orders. 

Sara believes that effective representation can only happen by building strong relationships with her clients. She takes the time to understand every family she works with and develops strategies that fit her clients’ needs. While Sara focuses on helping her clients reach agreements, she is always ready to firmly advocate for her clients when disputes arise. 

When she isn’t practicing, you’ll find Sara taking on adventures. She loves to travel, ski, hike, scuba dive, and camp. Sara attained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
